Maryland: Healthcare software developer Edaptive Systems announces mass layoff

One of the Baltimore area’s biggest software developers, Owings Mills-based healthcare information company Edaptive Systems, is laying off 60 of its more than 300 employees. The company notified the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation of the layoffs, which take effect June 30. The company employs more than 300 people.
